Not for anything inside the package. Your Shopify plan and the apps or tools you choose yourself are billed by those parties.

Products and variants, categories mapped to Shopify collections and taxonomy, customers with addresses, orders and order history, CMS pages and blog content, URLs, redirects and metadata, prices including tier prices, and stock levels. The exact list differs per platform. Each platform page shows what moves.

Your legacy data is restructured into Shopify's native taxonomy. Custom fields are mapped to metafields and metaobjects, and content without a direct Shopify equivalent, such as CMS blocks or size guides, can be sent to articles or metaobjects. In Assisted, we configure this for your store.

Yes. Self-serve has no limit on languages or store views. Assisted includes 3 languages and 3 store views in the baseline. Extra ones are checked against the included hours first.

Yes. Live Sync® keeps a preview store current, so your team can test on real data before the switch. Per data type you see what has landed and what is still open.

No. Your current store keeps selling until the switch. Live Sync® keeps your Shopify store identical in the meantime, so the switch itself is a DNS change.

Live Sync® connects to your source platform through its API and streams products, orders, customers and inventory into Shopify in real time. Both stores stay identical right up to the switch. No stale exports, no offline weekend.

Whenever it suits you. The cutover is validated in a dry run first, and there is no export window, so you can switch on a Tuesday morning if you want.

It depends on your platform, catalog size, integrations and store build. Typical ranges on our platform pages run from three to eight weeks for Mijnwebwinkel and CCV Shop up to eight to fourteen weeks for a full Shopware migration with store build. A straightforward migration can run in as little as one week. The free migration scan gives you an estimated timeline for your store.

SEO Guard® is built to prevent that. It inventories every existing URL and maps 301 redirects before the switch, so your redirects go live together with your new store. After launch it monitors positions and traffic, so a drop shows up immediately instead of next month.

Before go-live: redirects and 404s, canonicals and hreflang, titles, descriptions and H1s page by page, and structured data. After go-live: rankings and traffic of your top pages from Search Console, with alerts on drops and weekly reports.

SEO Guard® follows traffic and rankings for 90 days after go-live.

SEO Guard® keeps watching your rankings for 90 days. If you want to grow from there, Syncer Proof® takes over with a six-month growth plan for SEO and GEO, executed inside your Shopify store by our team.

The SEO and GEO growth engine for migrated Shopify stores. It handles technical fixes, catalog and product content, structured data and llms.txt, and tracks where your store appears in Google and in AI answers. Baseline and forecast are agreed in month one. If we miss the forecast by more than 20%, the next three months are free.

Syncer Intelligence scores commerce signals from your own data, such as SEO opportunities, data quality, international potential and marketplace readiness. Syncer Insights turns your data into concrete decisions, such as which products to promote and which pages to optimize. Both are live.
