A new platform. Still Lumi3re.
Tracksuits, hoodies, shirts and accessories. Lumi3re is built around its collections, distinctive designs and streetwear community. The move from Lightspeed C Series and R Series needed to carry more than products. Sizes, colours, product images, customers, orders and the existing search structure were all part of the migration plan.
- 01Product data, variants and stock from Lightspeed to Shopify
- 02Customer records and order history included in the migration scope
- 03Content, custom fields, filters and navigation included in the plan
- 04301 redirects, metadata and monitoring with Syncer SEO Guard®
The collection shapes the data model
A tracksuit is more than a title and a price. Sizes, colours, images and its place within a collection determine how customers find it. For Lumi3re, the focus was on categories, product images and variants. The migration scope brought these together with customer data and order history.
Live Sync® provided the synchronisation layer during the project. The plan covered product data, stock, customers and orders, with validation and a final sync before the platform switch.
Search visibility is part of the move
The old search structure needed to connect to the new store. Syncer SEO Guard® was included in the scope: 301 redirects, metadata, URL structure and link checks. Monitoring was included around the launch.
The new Lumi3re store went live on 9 July 2026. Moving to Shopify Plus was not the end of the project. It was the start of the next chapter.
From brand searches to broader visibility
After the migration, Lumi3re chose an SEO and GEO growth plan with Syncer Proof®. The objective: make collections and products visible for searches beyond the brand name, and make their content readable by AI answer engines.
The July 2026 proposal sets out a six month approach. Keyword analysis and a catalogue audit form the starting point. Focused collection and product content follows, with monthly measurements to track progress. This is the agreed approach, not a claim of growth already achieved.
Data, SEO and launch in one project.
The migration scope sets out the steps from discovery to support after launch.
Discovery
An inventory of the Lightspeed environment, data fields and SEO structure. The Migration Blueprint defines what needs to move to Shopify and which checks are required.
Data migration
Product data, customers, order history, stock and content are included in the scope. Live Sync® combines synchronisation with data validation.
SEO migration
301 redirects and metadata move to the new environment. Syncer SEO Guard® covers monitoring, URL checks and internal link checks.
Storebuild and go live
Shopify settings, shipping methods and apps are prepared for the move. Launch includes the final data sync, DNS, SSL and monitoring.
Training and support
The plan includes team training, documentation and support after launch. A health check after the first month completes this phase.
