Ellemilla is a cosy online boutique with weekly new collections of clothing, bags, shoes and accessories. The mix is affordable, trendy and basic with that little bit different that makes outfits feel personal right away.


The starting shot

Before Syncer existed, there was one project that set everything in motion. ellemilla was looking for a new foundation for growth and experience, and chose to switch from Lightspeed to Shopify Plus. That choice became the beginning of our approach — and later of Syncer itself.

From sketch to bespoke

Together with the ellemilla team we translated the brand world into a fully custom design. Soft materials in imagery, warm copy and clear flows resulted in a store that feels like a stylish wardrobe you love to open. The design was built up pixel by pixel into one consistent experience from home to checkout.

Data that adds up

The contents of the existing store moved across carefully. Products, variants, content, customers and order history all found their place in Shopify Plus with attention to structure and findability. That kept everything familiar for returning customers while the new environment was ready for more traffic and more collection drops.

What we learned and why it matters

This very first project taught us how to bring creation, technology and migration into one rhythm. We developed approaches for data mapping, test rounds and design sprints. Those lessons formed the blueprint for the way Syncer tackles projects today.

The result

ellemilla got a faster and nicer store that strengthens the brand identity and gives room for weekly drops and campaigns. For us, it was the birth of a method and a team that has since delivered countless migrations.
